12月5日，青岛自贸区管委建设部公布了2025年11月多子女家庭购房补贴名单，共涉及3户2孩家庭，各补贴5万元。其中两户购买了青岛龙泰晟德置业有限公司开发建设的中德未来城一期14组团住宅建设项目，一户购买了青岛湖海锦铭置业有限公司开发的建邦青岛中日科学城项目C地块。
