12月4日，江苏昆山一女子坐地铁时不小心将奶茶洒在地铁车厢里，她立刻蹲下清理，在自备纸巾用完后又拿着自己的围巾把污渍彻底擦净。
12月5日，苏州地铁称，已确认情况并向该小姐姐致谢，同时发起寻找，并为她准备了新围巾。
