中国银行公告，2025年10月16日，中国银行股份有限公司2025年第三次临时股东会选举蔡钊先生为本行执行董事。本行已收到国家金融监督管理总局核准蔡钊先生董事任职资格的批复。自2025年12月3日起，蔡钊先生就任本行执行董事，同时担任本行董事会战略发展委员会委员、风险政策委员会委员。蔡钊先生担任本行执行董事的任期为三年。
