2025年8月28日，廉江男子赖某在某加油站交易走私卷烟时，被公安民警当场查获，现场扣押非法卷烟1351条。
经鉴定，涉案卷烟均为假冒伪劣产品，涉案金额达56万余元。赖某未经许可非法经营烟草专卖品，已涉嫌非法经营罪。2025年9月30日，廉江市人民检察院已依法对赖某作出批准逮捕决定。来源：廉江市人民检察院
