12月4日，湘财创新成长一年持有期混合（011550）发布公告，新任基金经理车广路于2025年12月2日任职，具备18.38年的证券从业经验及13.36年的证券投资管理经验。
车广路曾在泰信基金管理有限公司担任研究员和基金经理，并且目前担任湘财基金管理有限公司副总经理兼投资总监。离任的基金经理为房天浩，离任原因是离职，离任日期同样为2025年12月2日。
