格隆汇12月4日｜美国证券交易委员会(SEC)今年第二次推迟了对冲基金和其他大型投资者遵守卖空和相关股票借贷披露规定的最后期限。SEC周三发布指令称，投资经理遵守卖空规定的最后期限现在延后至2028年1月2日，遵守相关股票借贷披露规定的最后期限延后至2028年9月28日。
