当地时间12月3日，OpenAI宣布，已达成最终协议，将收购Neptune公司。Neptune是一家为人工智能公司在模型训练过程中提供监控与调试工具的初创企业。OpenAI表示，近期其与Neptune合作开发了能够帮助研究人员比对数千次实验运行、跨层级分析指标并发现问题的工具。
Neptune首席执行官表示，其公司将在未来几个月内逐步停止对外服务。本次交易的具体条款未予披露。
