财联社12月3日电，英国埃塞克斯大学12月2日宣布，计划在本学年削减200个学术岗位，并在未来两年裁减约200个专业服务岗位。绍森德校区将自2026年夏季起关闭，该校商学院及健康与社会护理学院处于该校区。该大学将此决定归因于2021至2022学年以来该校区国际学生人数下降52%。
