2025年12月2日，索尼正式发布全画幅无反相机A7M5（ILCE-7M5），采用新开发的3300万像素部分堆栈式传感器，卷帘快门读出速度约为15.1ms，并首发集成AI功能的新一代 BIONZ XR2处理器，屏幕也升级为210万点自由角度触摸屏，7.5档机身防抖，每秒30张电子快门连拍（14bit），支持视频AI自动构图，海外售价为2899美元(约合2万元)，国行暂未公布。
