内蒙华电（600863）发布公告，公司于2025年12月2日收到非独立董事杨晓华和高玉杰的辞职报告，辞职原因均为工作安排调整。
公司董事会于同日召开会议，同意提名王飞飞为非独立董事候选人，并于2025年12月2日召开第三届职工大会选举王晓戎为职工代表董事。王飞飞与公司不存在关联关系，王晓戎则为公司副总经理，存在关联关系。
2025年前三季度，内蒙华电实现收入150.52亿元，归母净利润22.08亿元。
