智通财经APP讯，兴证国际(06058)发布公告，于2025年12月2日，本公司(作为借款方)与一家银行(作为贷款方) (贷款方)订立融资函件(融资函件)以续期融资，贷款方同意向本公司提供最高额度为3500万美元的非承诺性循环贷款融资。融资函件的终止日期为融资函件签立日期后12个月的日期或贷款方可能不时全权酌情决定并以合理提前通知/须接受贷款方年度审阅的其他日期。
