12月2日，华星创业（300025）发布公告，财务总监项峰因个人原因辞职，辞职后将不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。项峰的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，原定任期至2026年11月6日。
同时，公司董事会于2025年12月2日召开会议，审议通过聘任方军为新任财务总监，任期至公司第七届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，华星创业实现收入4.39亿元，归母净利润-3990万元。
