格隆汇12月1日丨中绿电(000537.SZ)公布，第十一届董事会第二十二次会议，审议通过了《关于拟变更公司全称及证券简称的议案》，同意将公司全称由“天津中绿电投资股份有限公司”变更为“天津绿发电力集团股份有限公司”，证券简称由“中绿电”变更为“绿发电力”，公司证券代码“000537”保持不变。
