赛后，篮球媒体人王健更新个人社媒，透露了关于韩国男篮主帅全熙哲的一条内幕消息，他写道：“全熙哲是韩国篮协为了打世预赛第一窗口期招来的临时教练，据说韩国篮协已经在接触外教人选，现在两胜中国男篮后不知道这位临时教练未来的命运会是如何。”
在明年2月末的第二窗口期，韩国男篮将会先后对阵中国台北男篮和日本男篮。
