12月1日，万盛股份（603010）发布公告，控股股东复星高科将其持有的1.74亿股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的100%及公司总股本的29.56%；复星高科承诺于2025年12月31日前优化质押融资方案，降低质押比例。
2025年前三季度，万盛股份实现收入24.84亿元，归母净利润5009万元。
