近日，也就是在11月29日，南充市滨江中路附近，也就是长城华西银行周边路面上，不知怎的，出现了交通事故，一辆白色绿牌车子呈现出【四脚朝天】的造型，“躺”在了机动车道上，不远处还有另外一辆绿牌车子打着双闪也停在路面上。现场两侧有不少群众看热闹，估计正好奇这是什么情况吧？
