11月29日，黑颈鹤在大山包黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区内的大海子湿地栖息。
云南省昭通市大山包黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区是中国黑颈鹤主要的越冬栖息地之一。据悉，目前已有千余只黑颈鹤飞抵大山包越冬。
