9时40分发布大风蓝色预警
预计未来24小时，白城大部、松原、长春、四平、辽源、吉林、通化中北部、白山西北部、延边西部有4～5级西南风转3级左右西北或偏西风，瞬间风力可达7～8级。
省应急管理厅、省气象局联合提醒注意做好预防工作。
