众泰汽车11月28日公告， 公司当天召开第九届董事会2025年度第二次临时会议，审议通过《关于聘任公司总裁的议案》，同意聘任韩必文为公司总裁，其任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第九届董事会任期届满之日止。公司副总裁王伊安不再代行总裁一职。
