11月28日，澎湃新闻记者获悉，在前期推行的基础上，淘宝闪购取消超时扣款将在12月3日扩大覆盖到60城，包括北京、杭州、广州、武汉、成都、厦门、西安、石家庄、呼和浩特、 长春、 沈阳 、大连等城市，年底前将覆盖全国直营城市。（澎湃新闻记者 吴雨欣）
