11月27日，美团旗下外卖平台Keeta已紧急启动捐款500万港元，支援受灾居民的过渡安置、生活物资补给，助力灾后社区恢复等工作。灾情发生当日，Keeta已紧急调动首批免费移动充电宝送抵大埔区域供给救援应急，第二批充电宝机柜也于次日清晨送抵，并陆续放置在居民安置点附近供市民免费使用。（时代财经 庞宇）
