11月27日消息，香港公益金决定拨款5000万元成立“公益金及时雨大埔火灾援助基金”，紧急支援宏福苑火灾受影响家庭。公益金同时宣布，将于星期日举行的港岛、九龙区百万行 - 中九龙绕道（油麻地段）所筹得的善款，全数拨入今次的火灾援助基金。
