张家港行公告，公司2018年发行的25亿元可转债已于2024年11月到期，累计转股11.37亿元，转股股数为2.75亿股，总股本变为24.44亿股。公司申请变更注册资本，近日收到苏州金融监管分局的批复，同意公司增加注册资本2.75亿元，由21.7亿元变更为24.44亿元。公司即将办理注册资本工商变更登记相关手续。
