新宁县古田砖厂项目违法占地24.56亩。该项目位于金石镇古田村，于2020年建成，违法占地24.56亩（其中耕地13.11亩）。该项目于2021年被立案查处，责令拆除非法占用土地上建筑物13.46亩（耕地3.9亩）并处罚款。督察发现该项目仍未拆除到位且持续非法扩建南边棚房及西边堆场。
