据菲律宾国家减灾管理委员会消息，截至11月26日上午6时，今年的第27号台风“天琴”导致菲律宾2人失踪，超过27万人受灾。
近期，菲律宾多个地区遭遇强降雨，继而引发洪水灾情。25日晚，今年第27号台风“天琴”（热带风暴级）在菲律宾苏禄海北部海面上生成，目前“天琴”已经进入南海海域。（央视新闻）
