据每日经济新闻，11月25日晚，上纬新材公告，第四届董事会第一次会议选举“90后”彭志辉（稚晖君）为董事长，任期三年。彭志辉本硕毕业于电子科技大学，曾是华为“天才少年”、B站“顶流”科技UP主，2022年底离职创业。2023年2月，他作为联合创始人成立智元机器人，该公司成立一年多已获高瓴、红杉中国等多轮融资。
