11月26日，软银集团宣布，其子公司Silver Bands已于11月25日（美国时间）完成对美国半导体设计公司Ampere Computing全部股权的收购。交易完成后，Ampere Computing正式成为软银集团全资子公司。
软银集团表示，Ampere的财务状况及经营业绩将自收购日起纳入软银集团合并财务报表。本次交易对软银集团合并财务业绩的具体影响尚在评估中。若未来出现需披露事项，软银集团将及时发布公告。
