智通财经APP讯，立德教育(01449)发布公告，本集团预期将于截至2025年8月31日止年度取得除税后综合亏损净额不超过人民币7500万元，而截至2024年8月31日止年度(过往期间)的除税后综合溢利净额约为人民币2000万元。
公告称，有关预期亏损乃主要由于与过往期间相比本期间所得税开支增加;及行政开支增加的综合影响。
