近日，高新区龙王塘街道丰顺社区围绕居民实际需求，针对部分老年居民操作智能设备困难的问题，开设了“人脸识别认证便民窗口”，工作人员一对一帮居民完成社保、养老等事项的人脸识别核验，全程“手把手教、面对面办”，将“为民服务”细化为具体行动，让“智能服务”不再是老年人的“数字鸿沟”，用贴心举措织密社区服务网。
