全国第十二届残疾人运动会暨第九届特殊奥林匹克运动会香港代表团授旗仪式24日在港举行。
本届残特奥会将于12月8日至15日在广东、香港和澳门举行，共设46个大项，其中残运会37项，特奥会9项。香港赛区承办五个项目，包括残奥项目硬地滚球、轮椅击剑、乒乓球（TT11组）、大众项目轮椅舞蹈和特奥乒乓球。
