11月24日盘后，粤开证券（830899.NQ）发布高管变动公告，因个人原因，雷杰向公司董事会辞去公司联席总裁、首席信息官职务，辞任自2025年11月20日起辞任生效。公司任命崔洪军为公司其他职务（代理首席信息官），任职期限至公司完成首席信息官的聘任之日止，自2025年11月21日起生效。
