财联社11月24日电，仲量联行发表的《香港地产市场观察》报告中指出，11月中环甲级写字楼租金环比微升0.1%，为自2022年5月以来首次录得环比增长。区内优质甲级写字楼的空置率获得改善，支持业主在租金磋商中处于有利位置。
