财联社11月21日电，吉祥航空(603885.SH)公告称，控股股东上海均瑶（集团）有限公司因自身业务安排及需要，计划在2025年12月15日至2026年3月14日期间，通过集中竞价交易和大宗交易方式合计减持不超过6,552.02万股，占公司总股本比例不超过3%。其中集中竞价减持不超过2,184.01万股，大宗交易减持不超过4,368.01万股。减持股份来源为IPO前取得以及历次资本公积金转增股本取得的股份。
