格隆汇11月21日丨中国新城镇(01278.HK)发布公告，2025年11月20日，公司、公司全资附属公司CNTDSuccess Company Limited(“发行人”)及无锡市交通产业集团有限公司(“无锡交通集团”)就发行人将予发行的2028年到期、息率2.95厘的人民币15亿元债券与债券承销商订立认购协议，并将受益于无锡交通集团提供的维好及流动性支持契据以及股权购买承诺契据。
