连日来，位于南太湖新区的长三角一体化湖州市产学研科技转化基地项目加速建设中。目前，一期工程一标段的科技成果转化中心、宿舍、食堂3幢单体进入装饰施工阶段，二标段的4幢单体正在进行主体结构施工，市政配套和电力管道工程进入收尾阶段，项目有望在明年底全面竣工。
