近日，云南昆明海埂大坝上，一游客在海埂大坝上试图强行抓海鸥，引发热议。
对此，景区工作人员回应荔枝新闻记者称，该行为不可取，现场有公安、保安和监控，即便没有现场抓到，后续也会针对相应的人给予警告，基本以教育为主，目前没有相应的法律法规来对其进行惩罚。（荔枝新闻）
