上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）晋控电力公告，为提高资产流动性，公司拟向晋北能源公司转让下属全资子公司晋控电力山西同赢热电有限责任公司51%股权，转让价格为2.66亿元。本次交易拟采用非公开协议转让方式。公司与交易对方晋北能源公司同属晋能控股集团有限公司所控制的子公司，本次交易构成关联交易。
