财联社11月18日电，晋控电力(000767.SZ)公告称，公司拟向关联方晋能控股晋北能源（山西）有限公司转让下属全资子公司同赢热电51%股权，交易价格为2.66亿元。此次交易有助于加快标的公司项目建设，并缓解公司的资金压力，提高资产流动性。该交易已经公司董事会审议通过，并得到独立董事专门会议的同意。
