《自然》全球科研百强城市榜单最新发布，中国首次占据全球科研城市十强榜单一半以上席位，由2023年的五席增至2024年的六席。北京继续保持2016年以来全球科研城市榜首的位置，上海仍居第二位。
从自然指数关键指标之一“份额”数值来看，北京2023至2024年间，科研产出增幅逾9%，上海增幅近20%，而同期全球十强中的所有美国城市，其份额均有所下滑。
