11月17日，中旗股份（300575）发布公告，控股股东吴耀军所持有的1150万股股份于2025年11月14日解除质押，占其所持股份的8.46%及公司总股本的2.41%；截至公告披露日，吴耀军累计质押股份为3650万股，占其所持股份的26.85%及公司总股本的7.65%。
2025年前三季度，中旗股份实现收入18.72亿元，归母净利润-1.38亿元。
