11月17日，百胜中国在2025年投资者日活动中透露，当前必胜客覆盖国内约1000个城市，但仍有约1500个城市已经有肯德基但还没有必胜客。在当前4000家门店规模的基础上，必胜客计划未来三年每年净新增逾600家门店，并进一步提升加盟店占比，到2028年门店总数突破6000家。必胜客有望提升餐厅利润率，并在2029年实现经营利润较2024年翻倍的目标。
