11 月 16 日，岛城的天气骤变，中午起，大风呼啸而至，气温随之持续走低，路上不少行人被冻得瑟瑟发抖，不少市民已换上厚羽绒服抵御寒意。
当日全市最低气温仅 4 摄氏度，青岛将迎来新一轮冷空气到来，预计未来几天气温还将进一步下降，提醒市民出行前务必提前做好防寒保暖措施。
