中新网海口11月16日电 (记者 王子谦)海口市交通运输和港航管理局16日18时发布停运预警：受寒潮影响，琼州海峡17日晚至19日期间可能出现8-9级阵风。海口新海港、秀英港和铁路南港或将于11月17日晚上至19日期间停运(具体停运时间根据气象条件而定)。
请有过海需求的司机旅客合理安排行程，提前预约购票，避开可能停航时段过海。
