财联社11月17日电，据《自然·光子学》杂志14日报道，芬兰阿尔托大学领导的国际研究团队开发出一种新方法，可利用单次光传播完成复杂张量运算，实现以光速完成深度学习中的关键计算步骤。这是向通用人工智能（AI）硬件研制迈出的重要一步，也为突破现有计算平台的性能瓶颈提供了全新解决路径。
