11月16日，第十五届全国运动会女子800米自由泳决赛，河北选手李冰洁一路领先游出了8分19秒整的成绩，以超过8秒的明显优势夺得金牌。浙江选手毛奕菡8分27秒34获得亚军。铜牌由河北选手高唯中获得，成绩8分29秒94。
