北京时间11月15日晚间，第十五届全运会游泳赛场继续多项冠军争夺，男子200米蛙泳项目上，上海运动员覃海洋完全没有给他人机会，他在50米后就取得领先，150米后已经领先第二名一个身位，最终以2分07秒69的成绩赢得冠军！恭喜覃海洋！另一位上海运动员郑英昊以2分13秒81的成绩位列第6。
