智通财经APP讯，港深智能管理(08181)公布，预期该集团于截至2025年9月30日止六个月将取得公司拥有人应占亏损约2930万港元，而截至2024年9月30日止六个月则约为460万港元。
公告称，亏损增长主要由于收益减少约1430万港元，主要塬因为本期间物业管理合约减少，导致毛利相应减少约820万港元;及因集团成立智能监控系统中心(于2025年6月开始运营)产生的额外一次性员工成本约1600万港元。
