据外交部网站消息，2025年11月14日，外交部部长助理刘彬会见乌克兰驻华大使涅奇塔伊洛。
刘彬表示，中乌是战略伙伴。中方愿同乌方共同努力，巩固和发展好两国关系，推进双方各领域合作。
涅奇塔伊洛表示重视对华关系，愿在传统友好基础上推动双边关系向前发展。
双方还就乌克兰危机等问题交换意见。
