人民财讯11月14日电，ST景谷(600265)11月14日披露重大资产出售暨关联交易报告书草案，公司拟以现金交易的方式，向周大福投资转让汇银木业51%股权，交易价格1.33亿元。汇银木业主营人造板的生产、销售业务，通过此次交易，公司将剥离汇银木业51%的股权，可隔离其债务、诉讼及经营风险，避免对公司的整体经营造成不利影响。
