11月14日，三佳科技（600520）发布公告，公司董事夏军因公司治理结构调整辞去董事职务，自2025年11月13日起生效。辞职后，夏军将继续担任公司董事会秘书。
同时，公司于2025年11月14日召开职工代表大会，选举夏军为公司第九届董事会职工代表董事，任期自选举之日起至公司第九届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，三佳科技实现收入2.38亿元，归母净利润506万元。
